Ryder

Tuesday, May 23, 2023  When Ryder was born in 2019, I looked at him that day and said, “wow, I think we have a keeper here.”  Of course I keep them all, lol,  but I knew this boy was special. Each year at shearing I’m so impressed with his fleece and he just has a way of setting himself apart from the rest.  I took the photo below last week and I hope you can see what I mean.  I’ll include his pedigree if you are in to that sort of thing, because it’s obvious where he gets his quality. Those bloodlines are not puny! When I had his brothers gelded earlier this year, I knew I had to leave him intact. Perhaps I’ll offer him for sale in the near future. He deserves to have a harem!  We shall see.

Have a good Tuesday!

Oh my, just looking at his leg coverage tells me he’s awesome! That pedigree is something else too. Yes, maybe he should have a harem for the good of the species!!

Thanks Lana, His rear leg coverage is even more impressive, but I wanted a front facing shot for today. We bought a female from CasCadNac and had her bred to their Archangel, that pairing made a huge impact on our herd.
