Monday, May 15, 2023 I was thrilled to find our wandering barn cat Odin, in the barn when we got home from a sweet mother day dinner last night. He’s been MIA for about 2 weeks. He definitely is not a cat anyone can ‘own’. He showed up here one cold November day and of course we fed him and told him he could stay, but from time to time he just disappears! Does he have 2 homes? There are plenty of voles and mice to keep him fed I suppose but he does cause me grief when he goes on his adventures! I did have him neutered when he first arrived, so not to worry about him making little Odins all over the county. So for now we’re glad he’s here and hope he’ll stay for a while. Have a good Monday!

He’s a beauty! Don’t we wish they had little cameras attached so we could see where he goes. I’ve heard of cats having multiple ‘homes’, so maybe he does go to visit someone else for a little vacation. Stay at the farm Odin!!

Really!! I could relax about it if I knew where he was going! And he’s so demanding for my attention when he returns. He’s quite a character.
