Friday, March 31, 2023 The plan today was for us to pick up the gentle boy after school and enjoy his company for the weekend. But the roads are so bad this morning, his school has gone to remote learning. 😔 It seems every time we’ve tried to get him out here since January we’ve been hampered by weather or sickness. So much for March going out like a lamb. This month has been a roaring lion since it started. We’re hoping April will be a little more gentle with us. Be careful if you’re driving out there today and have a good Friday!

Thanks Gigi. We’re keeping an eye on the roads and we might try to fetch him once it’s safe. For now I’m glad he’s home safe and none of us have to be on the roads this morning.

Omg, that weather must be straining your sanity! And I’m grumbling about the dirty snow piles we still have, but at least we are expecting rain tonight and tomorrow which will help knock the snow down. You deserve a nice April, with slow melt and buds on the trees!
