Current situation regarding Farm tours

Tuesday, March 21, 2023  I’m grateful that so many of our fans want to come visit. But friends, it’s going to be a while before we can open. I try very hard to keep the web site current with opening information, but I think it’s easier for folks just to request a tour rather than read the information. So Farmer Ed suggested I share a current photo.  The photo below was taken yesterday. It shows the barnyard. This is where we start and end all tours. There is one unstable path that goes from the hay barn on the right to the back of the big barn.  There are big holes just off that path that are 3 feet deep where Farmer Ed fell through while he was moving hay for me. I don’t have photos of those holes because I don’t feel safe walking over there!  When will it melt?  Your guess is as good as mine.  And when it does, we’ll have a big joyful celebration!  But until then I’m not comfortable making any reservations. Thanks for understanding.
