Thursday, March 16, 2023 The sun is shining brightly and even though it’s only 14 degrees, we hope to see some shrinking of our snow levels today. If you live at lower elevations in Utah it might be hard to imagine what it’s like up here but trust me, it’s a very different world from what you see in Salt Lake City. From some of the recent melting, the paths (which are on top of 4 feet of snow) are becoming unstable. I can’t see that that will improve much in the next month or so. We’ll resume farm tours when it’s safe to do so, but that might take longer than we’d like. Until then you can always check here for a photo of the day! Happy Thursday!
