Thursday, February 9, 2023 ‘No snow’ the forecast said, so I put the girls favorite hay out on the snow to encourage them to get out of the barn. I had to laugh when an hour later it started snowing and kept up for the whole afternoon and into the evening. The alpacas chose to stay in the barn and we fed them more hay there. Our kids from Boulder were here last night and could not believe how much snow we have everywhere. They also noted that the forecast told them it wouldn’t be snowing here. Ha! But I haven’t seen a single fly outside in months so there are things to be happy about. Plus it really is beautiful. Have a good Thursday.
