Thursday, January 5, 2023 We saw sunshine yesterday! We even had a bit of melting which made our icicles even longer. The guardian dogs have made paths so they can get to all areas they feel responsible for. To watch them break the snow that is over their backs is pretty impressive. Then they come back to the barn to rest with the alpacas, see photo number two for today. The alpacas have been staying in the barn, the snow is too deep for them to feel comfortable. Eventually they will follow the dog paths when cabin fever makes them feel the need to get out.
The winds blowing today are signaling a new storm scheduled to arrive this evening with more snow for us. Oh boy! Happy Thursday!
