Waiting for winter

posted in: Uncategorized | 2

Monday, December 19, 2022 It’s going to be a busy week here and what I need to remember is that the important stuff always gets done. All those pretty cookies dancing around in my head might or might not get baked but we’ll have plenty to eat and hugs for all who come for the holidays. The paper bags I use in the store tied with a piece of red alpaca yarn makes a presentable gift wrap and twinkle lights help to hide the dust.  lol  Both barns now are serving “tea” (warm water) and that helps keep all animals warm from the inside out. Plus we’re serving extra hay rations for all to be sure all bellies are full.

And here’s a thought for you:  As much snow and cold as we’ve had already this year, it’s actually still fall!  Oh my – winter doesn’t even start til Dec 21. Happy Monday! 😊

Photo of the Day: Just a lovely fall day in Woodland Utah. Ha!

Such a calming photo! Don’t you love the new moon? I greet mine each night as I make a midnight check on my older cat, Bob, who spends nights in our garage. Thanks!
