Wednesday, September 14, 2022 A most welcome rain yesterday kept all the animals in the barns for a while and I was lucky enough to be able to sit out there with them for a bit. No talking, no politics, no news of the world could infiltrate the calmness that was all around me. I was very grateful for the rain for all the dry pastures and trees but also because it brings all the animals together in one place and it’s magical. The guardian dogs were sleeping at my feet when I took these photos of Raina the alpaca and her favorite barn cat Bogart. Wishing you a peaceful Wednesday.
