Sensing a change

Sunday, August 21, 2022  I’m sensing a change. It was 48° here this morning and what a welcome relief that was from the heat. The grass growth has slowed down, the alpacas are eating more hay and sleeping with the windows open is great for me.  If you’re sitting by a pool or living and working in air conditioning summer heat might be fine, but working outdoors and having no AC means I much prefer fall with cooler days and nights.  And fewer flies. We’re not there yet but it’s coming.  Life is good. Happy Sunday!

Photo of the Day: Blue remembers where his winter bed is and he decided to test it out.  Juno wonders if there’s room for 2 in that hay feeder?

Wonderful photo of Juno and Blue! I can relate to your preferences on the weather… The “ber” months are so welcome!

Ah, yes, change is coming. We’re not there quite yet- I’m sitting in a/c now- but it will be here soon. I love Blue’s ‘winter bed’! lol

The hay feeders have always been the dogs’ favorite beds. I have so many other actual dogs beds out for them, but the hay feeders always win. Enjoy your a/c!
