Staying safe

Monday, August 15, 2022  Happy Monday and I guess it’s almost back to school time for many.   I love fall and it can’t come soon enough for me. But we have some heat to get through yet I’m sure.

Several friends have been hit hard with covid this week and I’m grateful that so far we’ve been able to able to stay healthy here. We always ask our tour participants to reschedule if they have any symptoms or have tested positive and so far we’ve done OK.  Maybe if you have sick days at your job you can take more risks, but we’re still being quite careful here. And it’s OK. We’ve had almost 3 years to get used to it and our quiet life on the farm suits us well.  Taking care of all the animals and taking care of the land keeps us busy enough and we haven’t been bored yet.  lol  Happy Monday!

Photo of the Day: The best feeling is to sit between 2 dogs who you know will do anything keep you safe.  #grateful

We’re with you on the Covid thing. We do go out and if we are in a crowded situation mask up. But mostly we are here at the farm. Lucky us and you folks!

I’m with you Lana! We found that most restaurants are virtually empty at 3:30 – 4:00 so we call it a late lunch, early dinner and avoid any crowds if we do venture out.
