Saturday, July 30, 2022 I hired a professional photographer to take some family photos while the whole gang was here. We picked a nice shady spot behind the barn with a view of the distant hills. It went so well. But then someone said “can we get a few with the alpacas?”. And that’s when we really had fun! The alpacas came running when we entered their pasture thinking that maybe we were having a tour and they would get their favorite treats. If you look closely at the photo below Scarlett (Black) and Smiley (White with black ears) wedged themselves between us for the photos! Asia is peeking around on the left and Zariah on the right kept hoping someone had pellets in their pocket. Many thanks to our awesome photographer Sammi who made this a fun experience for all. PS The daily blog is taking a rest for one more week as the kids return from their trip to Yellowstone.
