Wednesday, April 6, 2022 Earlier this week the boys were wading in the creek because it was too warm so I guess our 15° morning is making them happy. ha The snow yesterday didn’t faze the alpacas who were outside the barn most of the day searching for grass. Best of all the compost pile is steaming like crazy this morning! If we can keep the cooking going, it will be about 1/3 it’s original size, much easier to move and on it’s way to being black loamy compost. I wish I could explain why a steaming pile of poop makes me so happy, let’s just say I’m enthralled by farm magic. ✨ Happy Wednesday!
