Guardians at work

Wednesday, March 30, 2022   The guardian dogs were busy with warning barking for something or someone last night. <yawn> I considered getting up to investigate but #1 my bed felt so warm and comfy and #2 I could see the alpacas cushed and chewing cud (they’d be on their feet if something was IN the pasture) so I just kept listening and dozing off from time to time. The bark of warning is different from the bark of attack!  Things finally got quiet around 3 am and then I could see both dogs sleeping next to the alpacas.  Good job puppies.  

Photo of the Day: Juno who arrived mid December thought all she’d ever see here was snow. She’s quite enjoying rolling in the dirt lately. Take a nap today Juno!
