Tuesday, March 1, 2022 Hurray for March. We’re finished with hard winter. Oh we’ll have more snow yet, but it will melt more quickly and there’s much more daylight to be enjoyed. Soft winter as I call it. If the forecast is accurate we might even see temps over 50° later in the week.
Anything else I could ramble about today seems quite insignificant in the face of what happening in Ukraine so I’ll leave you with a cute photo our one of our cutest faces, Ruthie. Enjoy.

I so agree with the ‘hard winter’ seeming to be harder to deal with than I remember. But maybe that is because we’ve had softer winters of late. Or maybe it’s because I’m old(er). Glad March is here!

Our winter seemed harder than usual here this year too. We were remarking yesterday that we never really got our January thaw this year. I’ll blame it on that and try to forget that we’re getting older. 😃
Ruthie has fleece to die for as well. We sure got lucky with that breeding.
