Every day

Saturday, January 22, 2022  The news can be so depressing, politics so divisive and don’t even get me going on Covid.  So I offer you none of that but rather a photo to hopefully make you smile each day and a little window into our world here at Blue Moon Ranch. I started the daily blog for my mom many years ago and just kept it going after she passed away because it was a habit. I love taking photos of the animals and scenery here and the daily blog gives me a good place to share them. Thanks for checking in with us and Happy Saturday!

Photo of the Day:  The lion and his lioness. Sometime she talks too loud Blue says.  lol

I hear ya, Linda. I stopped watching the news a while back and it was a great decision. I do listen to the radio, but mostly for background noise.

Thank you for bringing sunshine into every day!

Thanks Gigi. I do check the news but I’m particular with my sources of information. It’s scary out there!
I haven’t watched TV in years so no news is good news that way. If I read it, I can take bits and pieces from respected sources and that works for me.

Great shot! (and caption) Yep, I haven’t watched or listened or read the news in years.

Thank you for that gift you give us! I think you help more people than you know!

Love that picture! The caption fits perfectly. I’m a news hound, but our alpacas, Ragdoll cats and dogs help balance things out when things are looking bleak. Like yours, our farm gives us beautiful snow-covered views, which puts things in perspective and brings serenity. It’s refreshing to me to see our similarities with our farms on opposite sides of the country. Ah, but ski country is ski country. 🙂 And alpacas are alpacas… I enjoy your blog. Thanks for posting,

Thanks Lana. Yes, how true – ski country is ski country and alpacas are alpacas. I do enjoy hearing your perspective from the opposite side of the country. Enjoy your animals. 😊
