Friday, October 8, 2021 Rain all day today is welcome. It will test our new anti-flooding trench in the boys pasture and add much needed moisture to the rest of the pastures as they get ready for a long rest. It will also allow farmer Ed’s body to recover from all the winterizing he did yesterday. The irrigation pumps are drained, the hoses have been drained and stored away and the boys barn tarps are up to keep them dry and out of the winds. He does good work with such a tiny bit of nagging. lol Happy Friday!
