Wednesday, October 6, 2021 The trenching is done, the beans have all been picked up, most of the holes have been filled, the compost has been spread and we’re ready for rain. We got a few sprinkles over night but we need much more. I love the change in the air as fall makes it’s mark. I hear “Get ready to rest, get your work done now, daylight is shrinking”. This winter will be a spinning winter for me. I have much roving to spin from the fleeces this year and a few more runs coming back from the mill.
