Sunday, August 8, 2021 I generally unplug from my phone around 8 pm when I pick up my kindle and read. I “reattach” myself later the next morning when I’m ready. Time spent unplugged is good for mental health I believe. And I’m not scheduling tours at midnight anyway. But we’re expecting news of our fifth grandchild arriving any day now so I’ve been more attached to my phone than i like to be. But having my phone with me more means I capture photos like I did with Ruthie so I guess it’s all OK. Happy Sunday!

Thanks Sunny. He’ll be making his debut in Bangkok so it will be a while before I can hold him but we’re excited to hear of his arrival!
