Thursday, July 1, 2021 Fingers crossed that July will not be like June this year with such intense heat. And that fireworks will be saved for New Year’s Eve with the extreme fire danger all around. Belle and Banjo are OK with the boom boom noises but I think Blue might be a bit upset. The last thunderstorm we had, he wanted to sit in my lap! So we’re hoping for a quiet July.
I’m officially on cria watch starting today, although it could be a month before we hear the pitter patter of baby alpaca feet. Due dates are just a suggestion to these girls. But I have fleeces to skirt, beans to rake and many other projects to keep me happy here so it’s all good. Happy Thursday!
