Sunday, May 2, 2021 Shortly after I told the girls, Marigold specifically, that I would not open the gate, I figured out that what they wanted most of all was a dip in the creek. And the grass was taller than I thought, so I caved in and opened the gate. Marigold ran straight for the water and you can see her front and center in the video. They all had a nice cooling dip in the creek, the boys were in the water as well on the other side of the fence and a good time was had by all.

Don’t feel alone. We caved to ours yesterday. The girls were so happy they were all pronking around the field. And some of them are pretty old!
