Our tiny little Remy

Monday, March 22, 2021 Because we have been closed for tours and events I’ve been able to keep Remy in the area previously fenced off for visitors with his three brothers. He is still too tiny to be integrated in with the big males. He’s a very healthy but tiny alpaca boy. As long as we stay closed, I don’t have to solve this problem. But one day we will reopen and for now I am hoping that Remy will have a growth spurt before that happens.  His brothers are the same size as many of the adult males and could be integrated easily.  But not yet for Remy. Too many of the intact males jump on him and well, we won’t get into the details but it’s just not nice. But for today he’s safe and happy and I’ll consider my options another day. Happy Monday, stay well~
