Friday, March 19, 2021 One year ago today, moments after an earthquake, in early pandemic days, we drove to Salt Lake City to pick up our new guardian puppy. Our drive was easy compared to his – he had to be driven here from Kansas! And that’s how we began a crazy year of having two puppies to raise side by side but in totally different worlds. lol In one year Blue has made such great progress in many areas! No alpaca chasing, learning the art of playing with cats and perfecting his big deep bark to scare away nighttime intruders to name a few. One little zap from the hot wire and he hasn’t been on his famous walkabout since. Before we put the hot wire up, our fencing was merely a suggestion for him. Now he understands that fencing is actually is the border of the property! Yay. He understands that the alpacas are his job to protect. He loves people and he can’t wait for the day when we can safely have visitors again. Happy Friday! stay well~
