Wednesday November 25, 2020 Life with dogs is not for everyone. But it is for me and I know for sure I will never be dogless. Some say they’re destructive, they’re smelly, they’re expensive and worst of all they don’t last forever. Saying good bye to an old faithful dog is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do. But they also give unconditional love, a lifetime of entertainment and have a spirit more pure than many humans I know. They are the most loyal and trusted protectors, they never judge, they never hold a grudge, they forgive any of your bad moods, they are excellent listeners and they are always happy to see you! Need a hug, your dog is always there for you. Need a walking buddy, a driving companion or a foot warmer – ask a dog! Today I’m grateful for all the dogs in my life and for all the smiles they bring me.
Stay well~

Your old pillow is what my lab/border collie mix does to his stuffed toys! Loves them to pieces.. haha. Iโm grateful for my remaining dog, home, hubby, kids and health to enjoy them all. (Wait, canโt forget the quality knitting time! Reading, baking…)

Mine love to do that to toys too. Luckily we recycle pillows pretty often around here. lol
