Saturday November 7, 2020 I’m wondering if I’ll get a new president for my birthday. That would sure make it a special one! We actually celebrated last night with my daughter whose birthday was yesterday. They’ve been on our “quaranteam” for months, so we ordered take out sushi from our favorite Salt Lake City restaurant, I was serenaded by my grandson playing the cello, and I cannot tell you how good it felt to leave the ranch for a few hours. I’m still glowing. Of course I love it here, but a change of scenery is good too. Today we’ll enjoy the weather changing from rain to snow and know that we’ve prepared all that we could to make it comfortable for the animals and healthy for the pastures. I have much to be grateful for and plan to enjoy the day fully.
