Be smart, be safe

Saturday October 10, 2020 I know I’ve made the right decision by holding off on tours for now. Utah does a lot of thing right, but the way they’ve handled the virus is making me shake my head. The rolling seven-day average number of positive cases per day is now at 1,148. And I was upset when it got over 300 way back in March.  I had to run to our local grocery store yesterday and both the cashier and the bagger had no mask, not even hanging around their necks. They were very young and healthy looking, but this is the age group that is also responsible for most new cases. I did contact the store and was told they might have had a health condition (riiiiight) and I should use online ordering. No thanks I can drive to Park City.

So we hunker down in our safe environment right here, holding off on tours and shopping as little as we can, but only in stores where employees wear masks. Enjoy the weekend and stay well~

Park City also has the option of order on-line and that is the only way we have purchased groceries since this all started. The grocery stores also there all wear masks. And even though Kamas is in Summit county (masks mandatory) they do NOT wear masks. Yes, I too drive into Park City for groceries.

Ed works in SLC, and he does most of our shopping so it’s rare I even get out. I order a lot on line too but was shocked to see no masks in Kamas. You wont see me there again!
