Little things

Monday October 5, 2020  I noticed yesterday that the alpacas have enough fleece grown since shearing day that they have no problem enjoying these chilly fall nights. Not one of them is at all interested in sleeping inside the barn. They do have a problem with the mid day heat and then they hide in the shade of the barn. lol  The 4 little boys, Rocky, Roman, Ryder and Remy are growing delightful fleeces and I’m already thinking of how I’ll use them after our next shearing. Thanks Romulus!

I have a feeling that this winter is going to be a long and trying one. Covid19 is starting to spike as we move activities indoors and we still have too many people who won’t wear masks. So what to do?  Practice appreciating small things to save your mental health, and Start now. It takes 21 days to build a habit. Avoid toxic people and seek out people who can make you laugh! Share your thoughts with someone who will listen and of course stay well~

Photo of the day: I love the quakies when they quake. It’s one little thing that I can appreciate.

One of my favorite sounds; listening to the quakies sing. Thank you!
