Looking for the birds

Saturday September 25, 2020  Migrating birds fill the skies these days. And this week we saw our first bald eagle glide right over the ranch. 🦅When we sit on our deck in the evening we often take binoculars to help us identify all our winged visitors.  Red tail hawks have nests in the tall cottonwoods along the road and we’ve watched them rear their young. I do think the birds often have messages for us and so I listen.

Have a good weekend, look for birds and see if they have anything to tell you. stay well~

Photo of the day: Even the alpacas stopped to listen at this flock. Canada geese over the house.

I love the sound of the migrating sandhill cranes. I hear them well before I see them. And to have a majestic bald eagle fly over. WOW! You must be living right!
