Saturday September 12, 2020 After the first frost, many little creatures like mice are looking for their winter homes. I know they’re kinda cute, but I scream like a little girl if I see one in my pantry. EEEEWWWW! I also don’t like killing things, so I use peppermint oil all over the perimeter of the outside of the house. Mice hate peppermint and it tells them NOT HERE. So that’s one of the things on the agenda today and thought I’d share that trick in case you also don’t love mice in your house.
I have many other projects to tend to but we also plan to take it easy today. Work hard, rest easy. And stay well~

How do you use peppermint oil for mice? do you mix it with water and put it in a spray bottle? thanks

I get a big 4 ounce bottle of pure peppermint oil and use a dropper to drop undiluted oil all around the house. I use the whole bottle.
