They’re big boys now

Sunday July 19, 2020 It’s one of those things that has to happen but it makes me sad nonetheless. All 4 little boys were moved over to the big boys barn last night. I was most concerned about Remy who is still so tiny, but actually it was Rocky who seemed the most upset. Ryder and Roman were fine. They found their hay feeders and water inside the barn where they are safely fenced off from the big boys and getting acquainted through the fence. They have plenty of room to run and graze and in 2 weeks they’ll hardly remember being the “babies”. And of course they do have each other to complain to.  Happy Sunday and stay well~

Remy wondering if his mom misses him. No, she’s really fine.

Why does that bring tear to my eye? Linda, we are going to Palisade , CO and are you aquainted with Suncrest Orchard Alpaca’s? I saw them in a brochure when we were there last. I love all the updates on the dogs and “the babies”…of course, I love it all..thank you. Hopefully, maybe you might have an “Open Barn” in Sept. keeping my fingers crossed.
