Stay hopeful friends

Thursday April 9, 2020  I know these uncertain days are hard for so many. Part of the anxiety is that we don’t know when it will be over. But I do know it is important to keep your mind in a good place. We cannot control the virus, we cannot control other people and how they react to the stress, and we cannot control the incompetent people in the government. But we can control our own reaction to it all. And I have to remind myself of that every day. Stress will attack the immune system and make us more vulnerable, so we need to keep that from happening, right? Right. Breathe, meditate, ponder things that make you feel hopeful, and know that one day this too shall pass. Stay well~

Photo of the day: It seems we have a new king of the compost pile.

And he looks right at home at the top of his mountain! Your words today really resonated with me. We can only control how we react to people, places and things. Thank you Linda!
