My favorite caramel corn recipe

Monday December 23, 2019  Our grandson was so happy to be up at the ranch yesterday – “You have snow!  And Ice!” I guess Salt Lake City has all melted and this kid loves snow and ice. We made caramel corn and Rice krispie treats and the rest of the baking has been postponed. It’s pretty easy to run out of time for baking when you have a farm with animals that need to be fed and he knows that. The caramel corn is so good, I’ll share the recipe here. Today I’ll deliver him back to his parents and maybe wrap a gift or two between trips outside. Once again, the animals and their peaceful barn offer a quiet place to reflect and enjoy the simplicity of their world. #grateful
