Tuesday August 6, 2019 Another ranch tour yesterday without a birth! They were sure hoping for one though. lol I’m not scheduling any tours for a few days so I can get caught up with pasture clean up and inventory in the Yarn Barn. Maybe that is what the moms are waiting for? A few years ago we had 3 babies born on the same day, all about a minute apart. It was a bit intense, one was trying to be born upside down, but I turned it and all was well with all of them. I really thought when Ryder was born the others would follow right along since they were all bred at the same time. Soon.
Anyway it does provide a great distraction from the horrible things going on in this country. It hurts to read the news, the action we take must be to vote them out and stop the madness before it’s too late. End of rant, back to alpacas.
