Happy Solstice!

Friday December 21, 2018 Happy Winter Solstice! The December Full Cold Moon will illuminate the cold winter night sky during Winter Solstice tonight. It will bring some much appreciated light to these long dark nights, and it also signals a return to more daylight hours. I’m sure everyone appreciates more daylight at the end of their day but for those of us who tend to animals outside the difference is huge. We will celebrate the solstice by the fireplace tonight and toast to the return of the light.

How did cooking baking go yesterday? Well, I think we made more memories than cookies, but we did get some awesome gingerbread alpacas made! But the snow outside proved quite the magnet for boy wonder, so that was where he wanted to be. Happy Friday!

Photos of the day: Being this boy’s Yaya is the best. 🙂

Something you want to say Harry?
“Yep, I think you’re cool with that fleece on your head.”
Yes we did bake cookies!
