Sunday August 5, 2018 The pastures got cleaned and the tour groups came. 🙂 Just as I was getting started with animal feedings, another group pulled into the driveway to see the alpacas. Sorry friends, I just can’t take people without appointments any more. I used to do that all the time, every day and for free! I wanted to share these sweet animals with everyone, but people would show up at the most inconvenient times. Then one day I learned to place value on my time and stop being a free zoo. I announced new visiting policies and they work! Most people are happy to pay for a private tour, or wait til one of our open barn days. And that keeps me quite busy enough. And maybe today I’ll get those yarn labels done. 🙂 . Happy Sunday!
