The gentle boy

Wednesday August 1, 2018  Well I did manage to get the newsletter out yesterday morning on the last day of July, then I ran out the door to pick up my grandson. Whew.  If you didn’t get a copy of the newsletter in your in box and would like to see it, you can sign up using the form at the bottom of this page.

My grandson is a wild haired, precocious, brave boy but most of all he is gentle. So gentle that the alpacas know it the minute he walks into the pasture and they are drawn to him. It was wonderful to see them be so comfortable around him. He can put his hands on them and they do not move away. If you know alpacas, you will know this is not typical.  It was a good day for both the gentle boy and the alpacas.

What a sweet thing to say about your grandson. Kids get judged on so many things by society. It’s good to have a grandma who sees the light in them and tells them about it.

He’s a sweet kid and I’m so glad his parents share him with me one day a week. 🙂
