Friday July 6, 2018 The winds shifted near the Dollar Ridge fire and the smoke was everywhere last night. I understand that the fire is growing by 5 miles a day and at this time only 4% contained. Not good numbers. Please send prayers to the firefighters and people who have lost their homes in this fire. We’re still waiting for more babies to arrive and I wonder if they might not be waiting til the smoke clears. They say the baby chooses the week, but the mom chooses the day when she feels it is most safe. I’m quite used to spying on them with my binoculars now, it’s my new normal. They arrive when they arrive. 🙂 Happy Friday.
