Friday June 29, 2018 Our grandson spent the day here yesterday and was so hoping to see a birth. No luck. We did see the babies kicking and squirming inside their mamas but certain things, like alpaca births cannot be forced. I really thought the full moon might have encouraged labor but not this time. We spent the evening clearing out the boys barn, it’s cooler after dinner anyway – thanks Beth for your help and to the neighbor with the skid steer, wow, what a talent you have! Another late night outside makes me long for fall and earlier sunsets!
