Monday, September 19, 2016 The first thing I do every morning as soon as it is light enough to see, is to look outside at all the animals. As the sun barely comes up I see moms and babies snuggled together, most alpacas gently chewing cud, guardian dogs sleeping amongst them and I love this peaceful sight before the ‘busyness’ of the day begins. It will be a very busy week here as I finish final preparations for our big Open Barn Days, but the animals and their peaceful ways will always keep me grounded. Happy Monday!
