Saturday December 30, 2017 Yesterday was a beautiful winter day so I decide to open the gates and let the female herd wander around in the unbroken snow in the far pasture. They loved it! As our friends on the East coast have to endure sub-zero days, we’re seeing eerily warm weather here. (anything above 30° is considered warm in the winter months) I’m sure our turn will come. But for now we’ll all enjoy being outside in our clean mountain air and walking off some holiday calories. 🙂 Happy Saturday!
