Friday, June 2, 2023 When we had our house built back in 2006 we of course had a mess of construction dirt and debris all around us. When we cleaned it all up, we decided to plant it all in pasture grass so the alpacas could graze there if needed. (rye and fescue are to be avoided) Back then we also had a herd size of close to 90. Now that we’re at about half of that herd size, we have plenty of grass in the pastures for them, but it is a fun memory. Happy Friday!
