Tuesday, May 2, 2023 Warm weather is here for now and the snow continues to melt. The volcano (yes, we named our snow hills) on the back deck is almost gone and we might even be able to use the dog door again. Banjo’s hill in the front yard, (which was how Banjo could climb on the roof ) is now below the porch railing. I walked down to the river and it’s definitely raging. There are a few more feet to go before it touches the bridge. But there is so much snow to melt. The Provo River is powerful and beautiful and I’m glad to be able to see it when I take my walks. Not to worry, even if it did jump it’s banks, there are several deep berms to keep the water away from the houses on this road. Happy Tuesday!

That’s how deep the snow was once they shoveled it off the roof!
