Sunday, April 23, 2023 As the snow is receding in some places, the dog’s vole hunts are escalating. The voles have done huge damage to the ground this year because they were hidden from predators under feet of snow for much of the winter. Tunnels and holes are everywhere. We usually recover from the damage without much fuss, but this year might be different.
The sun is out today and what a lovely change! We’ve had light snow for the past 2 days, not much accumulation but just a mood dampener. Let’s get on with a sunny Sunday!
