Wednesday, April 12, 2023 Well it seems our working dogs are now asking to be 9 to 5ers. They love being outside with the alpacas and trouncing through the snow all day but when we go in at night after feeding the alpacas, they want to go back to the garage!!! Oh my, what have we done. We did let them back in again last night because I’m still watching Juno’s belly. She’s scratching it as it heals and it has only been a week since her spay. And running through the snow is hard work! See Juno in the video below and you’ll know why we had to wait as long as we did to let her out. This is not a walk in the park situation. What will we do now? We’ll follow our motto for the winter, “one day at a time”. This too shall pass. Happy Wednesday!

Breaking through the snow is so much fun for them, isn’t it? I just needed to keep her a little more quiet because of the surgery.
