Wednesday, March 15, 2023 It’s snowing like crazy here this morning so we need to focus on other things. 😊 Like the fact that last night as I was coming in from feeding the alpacas, the red wing blackbirds were serenading me. I just had to stop and listen to them. They are a constant reminder that better days are ahead.
Fingers crossed that this storm doesn’t dump too much on us, we were finally seeing progress with melting yesterday. Our potential opening in April is looking more and more doubtful, but we’ll keep you informed as we go. Have a good Wednesday!
Photo of the day: Above the snow packed roofs, the black birds keep singing. Scroll down to hear them.
If you have sound on you can hear them too.

I love their birdsong! Reminds me of many walks and bike rides along the Jordan river

Thanks Sunny. I hope you hear them in St. George too!

I actually live in Mesquite. I work in St George at the Food Bank. The birds that are very prominent down here are the Ravens they have the funniest chatter amongst each others I thought I was listening to parrots the first time I heard them up in the trees LOL
