Saturday, November 5, 2022 I’ve been asked how our little Benjamin is doing. So I’ll tell you. He’s actually doing great. Since we moved him he has shown no signs of stress. It seems he feels like one of the guys and he has the protection of the fencing to make sure he stays safe. If the snow hadn’t made such an early appearance I probably would have put a few other boys in with him by this time. But we’ll just take it one day at a time and for now he’s happy. He gets special delivery of some of the girls’ hay each afternoon which has a bit more alfalfa and he loves that.
More snow today, but temps not quite as cold. I hope our private tour for this afternoon loves winter! Happy Saturday!

So great that your solution for Benji is working out great. I had been wondering about him too. Have a great tour!

Thanks Lana. Benji is a happy little guy. For tours in inclement weather we just follow the alpacas. They know when to go in the barn and we go right in with them. 😊
