House dogs 🐾

Saturday, March 26, 2022  I don’t post as much about our house dogs because, well, this blog is supposed to be about the alpaca farm. But they are a huge part of our lives and we love them dearly. Banjo is now 2 years old and finally settling down a bit – yes he was a wild puppy!   Belle the newfypoo will be 5 in a few months and loves Banjo and attention from her people.  Neither one of them would make a good livestock guardian dog, they are comfort seeking creatures and both of them prefer to be in the same room as their people at all times. Blue and Juno love us too but they need a job to be happy and we’re happy to provide that for them.  One thing i know for sure, I am happiest surrounded by dogs!  Happy Saturday.  #nevertoomanydogs

Belle was looking a bit fluffy before her haircut this week. And also enjoying a nap upside down.

She looks like a chocolate lab for now but she’ll be fluffy again before we know it.  She’s cool and comfy… and stealing my chair.
