Monday, March 7, 2022 I will not post about current events outside the farm most days because #1 I am not a news outlet and #2 I need to focus on what is in front of my face to add balance to my life and to protect my mental health. Please do whatever you can and donate whatever you can to help the situation in Ukraine and then allow yourself to enjoy your own life. It’s OK.
All animals are tucked inside their barns with more snow this morning and even our dear barn cat Odin came home last night. It seems he had been on a winter walkabout for 2 days and had caused me much stress. He acted like it was no big deal when he came into the barn, gobbled his can of cat food and crawled under his heat lamp to sleep. He did just show up here one day a few years ago, so I guess he might be a wanderer but it’s good to have him home for now. Happy Monday!

Happy Odin came back. And of course he was aloof about the whole thing!

Exactly! Like he had no idea at all why I was fussing over him.

Oh I’m so glad he came home. He’s a handsome one with his off-center white blaze and his white mittens! Love that his whiskers are white too. Little devil, doesn’t even care that you worried about him.
