Friday, December 24, 2021 There is a legend that delights me that says on Christmas Eve animals can talk! Only at midnight of course and it doesn’t last for long. Personally, I believe that animals are talking to us all the time. We only need to know how to listen. Or maybe there is something special about the holiday season that opens our hearts and minds to magic. If I didn’t love sleeping so much I might sit in the barn at midnight just to listen. But alas, I’ll be happily snoozing in my warm bed. My Christmas wish for you tonight is that the animals will talk and you will listen and hear good news. stay well~
Photo of the Day: Sweet mama Ava settled down next to her baby boy Benji. His fleece is a mess from playing in wet snow, but he’s warm and happy and so is she. I wonder what they will say tonight?

So cute wet or not. Good mama Ava.

Thanks Kathie. He’ll dry and a lot of that hay will fall right off. But I’ve always said I raise animals first, fleece second.
Gigi Caito
I will be sure to listen for the magic tonight!

That’s wonderful Gigi! ✨

We say that same thing every year! Dick always asks them what they are going to say. Of course they just gaze at us and stick their heads back into the hay feeder without comment. It is a wonderful time of year. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

It’s a lovely thought isn’t it? Merry Christmas to you and yours as well!
