Sunday, December 5, 2021 Juno! Skye was a very close second because .. Blue…Skye, but the meaning for Juno tipped the scales. Juno was the Roman goddess who protected the nation as a whole but also kept special watch over all aspects of women’s lives. Since our dogs live in the female barn for shelter it seemed appropriate. I also think it will be an easy name for her to learn. Now we just have to get her here. Happy Sunday!

Love the name! I think 2 syllable names work best when you are calling a dog (or cat or alpaca). I have a cat named Blaze and I always end up calling him Blaze-o or Blaze-y. Juno is adorable. Best of luck with the introductions.
